Senior Project Manager IT Infrastructure & Contract Management (m/f/d)

Calls for tenders: Transfer of tenders received to the operational project phase. Total responsibility for planning, controlling and implementing complex IT network projects: In this role, you design innovative projects, employ your expertise and project management skills, keep your eye on dates, resources and costs and ensure smooth cooperation between all parties. You care for satisfied customers and highest quality. Communication and reporting: You keep all participants up to date through regular meetings as well as reports on status, problems, risks and solutions about the progress of the project. Risk and escalation management: In critical situations, you trade confidently – internally, with the customer and with suppliers. You are implementing the customer requirements with the suppliers. Project management tools: You work safely with project management tools. Budget & Contract Management: You are taxing budget, appointments and contract specifications and is responsible for contract management over the entire project life cycle, internally as well as towards customers and suppliers. These include audits, supplements and claims management. You have a leading role in the negotiations.

Qualification: You have a degree in engineering, computer science, electrical engineering or comparable technical training. Project experience: You bring several years of experience in managing technical IT infrastructure projects / rollouts, especially in the use of agile project management methods. Technical know-how: You are well familiar with rollouts of, for example, switches, routers, firewalls or WDM systems. Methodology competence: You master project and escalation management at expert level. Risk sensor: You are trained to detect critical situations early and to initiate proactively appropriate countermeasures. You communicate clearly, transparently and solution-oriented with technical teams, management and customers – even in turbulent moments. Enforcement: You represent your decisions sovereignly, even in challenging situations, and advance projects in a targeted manner. Negotiating skills: You conduct negotiations with customers and suppliers safely and economically achieve good solutions.
