Senior Project Manager Service Supply Chain (m/w/d)

Responsible planning and implementation of supply chain projects in compliance with time, budget and quality objectives

Leadership of interdisciplinary project teams and promotion of a positive team culture

Coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth processes

Moderating workshops to analyze challenges, action development and implementation

Risk analysis and development of mitigation strategies

Implementation of change management measures

Ensuring transparent communication and creation or Presentation of regular project status reports

Establishment and maintenance of relationships with suppliers, logistics service providers and other partners

Analysis and optimization of supply chain processes to increase efficiency/effectiveness using various methods (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean Management)

Monitoring process audits to ensure quality standards

Complete studies in the field of business management, logistics, supply chain management or a comparable qualification

Funded knowledge in project management, preferably in the field of supply chain management and logistics

Lean Management and Six-Sigma experience for process optimization and change management

Experience in quality management desirable

Secure handling of MS-Office; SAP knowledge desirable

German and good knowledge of English

Outstanding analytical skills and problem-solving competence as well as excellent leadership and communication skills

High level of self-organisation and time management

Standing for occasional missions
