Responsible planning and implementation of supply chain projects in compliance with time, budget and quality objectives
Leadership of interdisciplinary project teams and promotion of a positive team culture
Coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth processes
Moderating workshops to analyze challenges, action development and implementation
Risk analysis and development of mitigation strategies
Implementation of change management measures
