Design and perfect the quality management system with a view to innovative approaches.

Compliance with relevant regulations and standards is ensured within the framework of the quality-relevant processes and thus ensures compliance with customer and law-specific requirements.

The management of processes and documents as well as their continuous further development are dedicated to you. The conception and implementation of necessary employee trainings take you with enthusiasm and communicative skills.

Together with the audit team, you ensure the smooth running of internal and external audits and maintain a competent exchange with authorities, suppliers and certification bodies.

The qualification of plants and packaging as well as the validation of processes are carried out with the required precision.

You shall ensure product safety in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions such as the CLP, REACH, HACCP and ensure correct labelling and documentation.

As a deputy department manager, you support the department management in the team's technical and disciplinary management

Successfully completed scientific or technical studies or a comparable qualification Extensive professional experience in quality management in the field of food, cosmetics or pharmaceuticals You are innovative, strong in communication and bring excellent analytical and strategic skills. German and English skills First leadership experience (scientific or disciplinary) are of advantage, no requirement
