Construction manager – focus on façade renovation (m/f/d)

Focus on facade renovation: You conduct the implementation of high-quality façade projects on single and two-family houses. You make sure that our renovation solutions are perfectly and professionally mounted. Construction site conversion: You're the creator on site. You coordinate the process, control the works and keep the reins in your hands during daily work on the construction site. Customer support: Our private builders are in your best hands. You accompany them during the renovation phase, answer questions on site and ask for a smooth project end. Responsibility Timeliness, cost security and above all the craftsmanship quality of the facade projects are your daily priority.

A well-founded training or study in the building industry (e.g. master, construction technician or engineer) with a pronounced practical experience. Insufficient experience in the building management, ideally with direct reference to facade technology or renovation of residential buildings. A sovereign occurrence in direct contact with private household owners – you understand connecting professional competence with service orientation. Enforcement at the construction site, high reliability and a solution-oriented operation. Driving licence class B and the willingness to actively control our construction sites in the Berlin-Brandenburg area.
