KRITIS IT Security Expert in W14 ''KRITIS Sectors Finance and Insurance, Water, IT and Telecommunications as well as Digital Services'' (m/f/d)

Support and supervision of operators of critical installations and cooperation with working groups and other supervisory authorities in one of the KRITIS sectors. Acquisition of requests in the KRITIS context and cooperation in the aptitude assessment of industry-specific safety standards submitted. Support in plausibility and expert assessment of KRITIS verification documents and monitoring of the correctness of KRITIS checks on operators of critical installations. Participation in the National IT-Lage Centre in the collection and evaluation of information at the level of protection of critical infrastructures and in the analysis of the impact of IT events on the availability of critical infrastructures, as well as in the production of products for information of KRITIS operators and other authorities. Direct contact person for operators of critical systems for enquiries and incident reports as well as professional exchange with operators of critical systems with regard to IT and cyber security.

A completed study (Bachelor/FH Diploma) of the disciplines Computer Science, Technical Informatics, IT Security, Physics, Mathematics, News, Communications or Electrical Engineering, IT Management, Administration or Business Informatics or a comparable, relevant discipline with a focus on information technology. You have knowledge and experience in the field of critical infrastructures, their IT dependencies and current IT threats and hazard scenarios. You have good knowledge of IT security in critical infrastructures as well as adjacent areas such as Business Continuity Management (BCM), location monitoring and management as well as crisis provision and management. Ideally, you have practical experience in the KRITIS environment (e.g. with a KRITIS operator, association or a KRITIS supervisory authority).
