Discipline and professional leadership of the CustomerCare team incl. Employee talks, personnel development, budget control and security data protection-compliant processes Definition, control and monitoring of relevant CPIs and continuous analysis and optimization of existing processes Creation and analysis of monthly performance and budget reports and monitoring of defined SLAs Efficient deployment and capacity planning for the production of a stable team strength during the business hours and on non-federal feed days Cooperation in customer-care-relevant and cross-sector projects

Completed training with multi-year leadership experience; me professional experience in the mobility service industry as a strong plus Embossed customer orientation paired with very good MS-Office knowledge independent, structured working and a high level of commitment Analytical, targeted and problem-solving work with sound business understanding Detectional experience in the management and development of employees, combined with empathy, enforcement and safe occurrence knowledge of German and English; other foreign languages of advantage
