Central interface between institutions and insurance partners (Agency/Makler) Organisation and coordination of all insurance-relevant operations in close cooperation with business partners, agency, brokers, insurers and institutions Supporting and processing of all insurance contracts (framework contracts and organisation-specific contracts) existing for the MEDIAN group of companies Germany, including premium negotiations with the agencies/ brokers (budget), accounting tasks such as documents/contract examination, release of premium bills, preparation of premium accounts for financial accounting, administrative audits of institutions Setting the contracts into the contract database and subsequent care Creating a meaningful or Continue reporting adapted to the insurance structure (currently based on Excel) for various purposes and different recipient groups Special tasks /projects e.g. preparation of qualified tender documents, cover of all insurance contracts; Adaptation of reporting to the changed insurance structure, analysis of the insurance stock of potential new accesses and integration of these following the transfer of operations, addition of newly founded subsidiaries

Training as a merchant for insurance and finance or comparable commercial training ideally with multiannual professional experience comprehensive knowledge of the insurance industry, also experience in damage processing Interest in a complex area of responsibility pronounced service and performance orientation Organisational/coordination and communication skills Ready for team work Social competence Number affinity Safe handling of MS Office programs
