Intensive Care Supervisor / Rehabilitator (m/f/d)

As an intensive care provider / sanator (m/w/d), you are responsible for the risk reduction by the close accompaniment of loss-prone and failed borrowers (company customers). Main tasks: Comprehensive analysis of credit documents (JA, BWA, SuSa, banking mirror, self- and third-party information, tax returns and, if necessary, other supplementary documents) Monitoring the development of the borrower through tightly clocked requirements and evaluation of under-year figures and additional documents (plannings, refurbishment concepts) Examination of measures to support the sustainable improvement of the economic conditions of the borrower (remediation credits, gradings, changes of contract etc.) Customer visits and regular contact with the customer and its advisors for close support of engagement Appointment/monitoring of EWB's assigned customers Compilation of credit reports and reports as part of the monitoring at bank and group level (English speaking) Contact persons for internal and external stakeholders (e.g. sales, other internal departments, customers and other external) also at international level (English speaking)

You have completed your studies or completed training, e.g. to the bank businessman (m/w/d) and the degree to the specialist at the bank academy or a comparable qualification You already bring relevant professional experience in the corporate credit business and in dealing with difficult customers and negotiations, as well as in the evaluation of corporate planning and strategies with You act as a specialist in meeting credit decisions in the context of refurbishments (extensions/increases) and conducting negotiations with customers in difficult situations You have the ability to advise customers on critical issues and to make technical decisions concerning the work of other groups You are known for your convincing appearance and diplomatic skill in negotiations with internal and external stakeholders Good knowledge of German and English complete your profile
