Electronics Technician - Technician (Electronics, Mechanical Engineering) (m/f/d)

Serial and single piece testing: standard and special tests on assemblies and finished equipment. Prototyping & commissioning: Testing of first samples, zero series and special devices as well as their documentation. Test series: performing continuous tests and special tests to validate the hardware under load. Test equipment construction: construction, production and maintenance of specific test structures and measurement systems. Repair: repair and maintenance of complex systems (e.g. sonar batteries). Constructive cooperation: participation in the development of the circuit, creation of layout specifications and definition of electronic components. Software support: Software development and programming support (depending on previous knowledge). Approval: Participation in admission procedures (e.g. ATEX) and preparation of technical approvals (e.g. Bundeswehr). Definition of components and specification of technical layouts Creation of production documents, lists and test instructions. Development of user manuals and technical manuals for end customers. Technical support and customer support (telephone/email). Occasional service and maintenance on site.

Training: Electronics for operating technology, equipment/systems, radio/television technicians or a comparable qualification. Additional qualification: Ideally, further training to the state-tested technician or a study (electronics/electronics). Experience: professional experience in electronics manufacturing or testing is desirable; we also give motivated graduates a chance. Know-how: Safe handling of measuring instruments and schematics. Basic knowledge of the VDE system, occupational safety and optional ATEX. Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001) are advantageous. Safe handling of MS Office. Languages: German flowing and good technical knowledge of English. Operation: Solution-oriented, structured, carefully and cost-conscious. Social competence: team spirit, loyalty and clear communication skills in customer contact. Mobility: Class B licence.
