· Total responsibility for planning, control and optimization of all material processes incl. SIOP · Control of resources, capacities and priorities to ensure delivery reliability, stocks, throughput times and costs · Ensuring the availability of materials and a stable degree of production · Close cooperation with production, quality, EHS, HR, Finance and R&D/NPI and global interfaces for the development of integrated end-to-end processes · Promoting Lean/Six-Sigma approaches and cross-departmental cooperation, as well as the further development of supply chain processes, systems and standards · Analysis and optimization of stocks Management of measures · Ensuring compliance with quality, EHS and compliance requirements · Participation in audits as well as risk management in the supply chain · Management and further development of the material management organization (purchasing/planing, warehouse, logistics, order processing) · Responsibility for personnel planning, target agreements and employee development · Control of optimization projects (e.g. make-or-buy, location topics) incl. Planning, risk management and implementation

Complete Master's degree in engineering and advanced knowledge in the business sector Long-standing professional and management experience in the manufacturing engineering, production and/or operation environment; ideally in an international organization. Experience in managing executives as well as managing interdisciplinary teams. knowledge of Lean Manufacturing; Plant engineering, maintenance, continuous improvement, change management and KPI-based control English & German knowledge C1
