Lawyer Inheritance Law, Property and Corporate Succession (m/f/d)

With around 290 employees at our nine locations (Bad Honnef, Bonn, Euskirchen, Gemünd, Siegburg, Cologne, Meckenheim, Rheinbach, Füssen), we are working every day on interesting tasks for small and medium-sized companies, larger companies (MDax) as well as business founders and individuals.

We are looking for our legal department at the VRT location Bonn:

Advising individuals, selfemployed persons and entrepreneurial families in the (tax-optimized) succession of assets, including in the design of donations and obligations, wills and inheritance contracts, family companies and foundations

Accompanying clients in the after-selection process as well as representing legal and extrajudicial reparations.

You act as a “adviser among consultants” at the interfaces inheritance law, tax law and company law.

Basic requirements: Completed law studies (at least one of the two exam results is above average), at least 3 years of professional experience as a lawyer (w/m/d) in civil law
