Specialist (m/w/d) Quality Assurance / Defect Management in the Construction Industry

Our customer is a leading construction and project development company based in Fürstenwalde, which has set standards for many years in the housing sector. It combines engineering expertise with modern, digital processes and places particular emphasis on quality, sustainability and design space for its employees.

On the exclusive mission we are looking for a dedicated personality for quality assurance and deficiencies management in construction. The Fürstenwalde site convinces with its good connection to Berlin and also offers a quiet working environment with high quality of life. After a structured incorporation on site, it is also possible to use further locations within Germany in a perspective manner. Further development and standardization of processes in quality assurance as well as in defect management - in close cooperation with project teams and specialist departments Ensuring the implementation and compliance of defined QS processes at construction sites Analysis and evaluation of quality-relevant data and creation of reporting derivation and implementation of optimization measures from the analysis results awareness of employees' quality requirements and standards Monitoring the complete documentation of production and execution processes Preparation of presentations, process descriptions, instructions and training documents Implementation of user training on quality assurance and digital processes Close cooperation with the IT department and software partners to further develop existing systems

Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, electrical engineering, TGA or comparable training Impressive interest in digital processes and IT systems, rapid understanding in new applications Construction and knowledge of processes at construction sites, ideally complemented by experience in quality management Safe handling of common standard software (e.g. MS Office) and first experience in configuration of applications Structured working, communication strength and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation Readiness to travel within Germany (2-3 days/week) driving licence class B
