Responsibility for the definition, prioritization and implementation of a product roadmap for the development and optimization of HR-IT systems, incl. negotiation with working groups Close cooperation with stakeholders:in order to understand, collect, evaluate and convert requirements and customer needs into clear product requirements Backlog care and prioritization of development work in close coordination with participating interfaces Active participation in sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives deriving recommendations for action for HR IT systems based on technical innovations on the market, e.g. the use of AI for automation Ensure compliance with data protection and security policies regarding HR data

Complete Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a Related Area Alternatively: completed training with many years of relevant professional experience in the fields Proven experience in agile methods and as a product owner or in similar roles, ideally in the area of HR Very good understanding of HR processes and HR IT systems Embossed analytical skills and the ability to understand and solve complex problems Excellent communication, presentation and enforcement skills as well as entrepreneurship Relationship orientation, team skills in cross-functional teams and interaction with various interfaces Hybrid working model: willingness to predominant presence in Coburg
