Specialist Engineer Supply Technology - TGA / HVAC (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the parts of the planning and implementation of TGA projects in the HLKS area and control all performance phases according to HOAI (LP 1-9). You create technical concepts, calculations and drawings and visualize plant planning using CAD software such as Trimble Nova. You carry out economic analysis, evaluate inventory data and develop technically and economically convincing solutions on this basis. As part of the project team during the construction phase, you monitor compliance with quality, costs and dates and ensure smooth implementation. You coordinate all project participants, act as an interface to internal specialist teams and external partners and ensure compliance with all relevant standards.

You have successfully completed a study in the field of supply, building or energy technology or a training as a state-tested technician (HLK/S). You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the planning and design of HLKS systems and you know the relevant standards (e.g. DIN, VDI). In dealing with common CAD software and ideally with BIM-based planning tools, you can safely move. You work independently and structured and have already gained initial experience in project management to keep track of complex projects. As a communication-strong personality, you value the exchange in the team as well as with architects and clients and can clearly convey technical facts. Very good German knowledge (C1 level) in word and writing for smooth project communication complete your profile.
