Successfully completed economic, spiritual or psychological studies with a focus on personnel, as well as a comparable training Multiannual experience in generalist personnel work, ideal in banks Understanding the requirements of cooperative executives for personnel work Experience in the design and implementation of training events High level of work organisation, self-management and action orientation Impressed communication strength, enthusiasm and high service orientation readiness for travel activities
