Team Leader Customer Service & Real Estate Management (m/f/d)

You take over the professional leadership of ten employees of our Süd customer center and are the first person to contact the department manager. Control and coordinate the daily business and ensure efficient capacity planning and smooth operation. You work in the operational business with – from customer requests to ticket processing to housing removals, transfers and modernization efforts – and ensure compliance with all relevant processes and quality standards. You develop workflows and digital processes, control their reliable implementation and support your team through coaching, training and active knowledge transfer in continuous development. You coordinate the timely processing of all technical and commercial processes, including Doku@Web tickets, handicraft communication, VKS messages, maintenance and inventory quality topics. You work closely with technology, rental, accounting and other interfaces. You support department management in legal innovations, project work and strategic developments with a focus on customer service, service quality, economics and digitalization. In representation, you take releases, permits and absence management. You are a key user for SAP and Doku@Web, responsible for releases and decisions such as lease reductions and participate in emergency service rotation outside business hours. You take over the processing of complex customer cases and escalation management, ensure a professional customer experience and ensure service-oriented cooperation with all internal and external partners.

Additional qualification from the real estate industry/economics. A commercial or technical training with a corresponding additional qualification and a clear residential design is also possible. You have at least three years of professional experience in the housing industry, including demonstrable experience in customer service and commercial and technical management. First professional leadership experience is advantageous. You convince by excellent customer orientation and high service quality, which always have top priority for you. You have a high level of communication and team skills and are committed, secure and solution-oriented. Dealing with people gives you pleasure, and you communicate individually, empathically and always recipient-oriented. You are used to control processes based on SLA's and defined key figures, keeping both quality and efficiency in mind. You are accustomed to working at a distance within a team and have a strong ability to multitasking. You have well-founded knowledge in MS-Office. You have a license class.
