Shape Our Total Rewards Strategy - Design and implement compelling and equitable compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Drive Execution & Communication - Provide strategic direction and oversee the implementation, administration, and communication of our compensation programs. Evaluate & Optimize - Continuously assess the effectiveness of our rewards programs and advisory services to ensure alignment with our business, performance, and talent strategies. Ensure Compliance - Keep our compensation and benefits programs fully compliant with relevant regulations. Transformational Leadership - Strong leadership experience in managing transformation processes and stakeholder relationships to drive Total Rewards strategy. Strategic Execution - Ability to successfully execute strategies at both Group and Divisional levels. Strong Prioritization & Agility - Skilled in managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines effectively. Business Acumen - Deep understanding of how business strategy involving Total Rewards and the ability to make strategic decisions with long-term impact. Tech & Talent Integration - Experience in working with HR systems like Workday and collaborating with Talent Acquisition to design competitive compensation strategies for key talent segments.
