Support for the entire Employer Lifecycle from recruiting to offboarding Active cooperation in recruiting: creation and publication of job advertisements and support of the application process Support for structured onboarding of new employees Maintenance of HR data and digital management of personal files

(Fach-)Abitur or a good general university maturity Interest in human resources management, HR processes and economic relationships First practical experiences (e.g. through internships or side jobs) are of advantage, but no need Structured, careful and reliable operation Communication strength and joy in dealing with people Safe handling of digital tools and openness for new systems Very good knowledge of German in word and writing You live in Landshut or in the vicinity
