With the practical study of software technology, you will gain intensive insights into the IT environment of the second largest bank in Germany – the perfect preparation for all requirements of global digitalization. You expand your knowledge in modern IT day by day and can contribute to exciting projects. So you are optimally preparing for your IT work in the software development process. Your personal deployment plan is based on your strengths and you are constantly developing thanks to regular feedback. Your program includes: 7 semesters Dual studies at the Technical University of Applied Sciences Mittelhessen (THM) in Bad Vilbel or Wetzlar Practical applications in the IT department, focusing on our location in Frankfurt am Main Analysis, design and implementation of software systems for heterogeneous applications Computer architectures and operating systems Software architecture and IT quality assurance Data modelling, data management and data structures Knowledge of the legal side of information technology Your studies, your focus – you can choose one of the following topics: Data Science, IT Security or Software Development We will qualify you as well as practical – from basic technological know-how to the best tips and tricks in software development. With your new skills, you will be able to give us powerful impulses for the digital banking of tomorrow.

We appreciate your commitment so you start directly with an attractive training allowance: €1,244 in the first year, €1,316 in the second year, €1,448 in the third year, €1,593 in the 7th semester. On top there is a 13th and 14th monthly salary and holiday allowance. Speaking of holiday: 30 days a year, you can relax and create new impressions – and you can look into the future thanks to an occupational pension scheme. You don't have to worry about the tuition fees, we take them completely for you. To make sure you get good, we will take over the costs of the German ticket for you or you will receive a cost grant of € 588 per year.
