WE BEEPS

• Attractive over-tariff compensation based on DGB tariff agreement with an hourly wage of 20,00 € to 22,00 €, depending on qualification and professional experience
• Attractive 25 % surcharges for night work, 50 % for Sunday work and 100% for holiday work
• Adjusted working hours in the full-contact system 40-hour week with an average monthly working time of approx. 173 hours
• Monday to Saturday use in early shift from 06:00 to 14:00 clock, late shift from 14:00 to 22:00 or night shift from 10:00 am to 06:00 pm
• Sunday use in two 12-hour shifts from 06:00 to 18:00 or from 18:00 to 06:00

REQUIREMENTS

• Adoption and preparation of lignite and implementation of the working steps provided in the drying process
• Operation and monitoring of production facilities Ensuring proper and continuous Plant operation
• Regular quality control and verification the specified process and product requirements

PROFIL

• Ideally completed professional and technical training, for example as a machine and plant operator (m/w/d) or comparable qualifications; alternative multi-year practical Professional experience in industrial production or plant operation
