Coordinator Business Field Care (m/w/d)

This is what you expect:

• They are responsible for the planning, control and optimization of short- and long-term personnel use in the Care business field.
• They keep an eye on important key figures, develop these continuously and identify optimization potentials.
• They coordinate the continuous process optimization and maintain the implementation
• They ensure compliance with quality standards and control uniform utilization.
• You are actively working on creating and updating newsletters, work help and training documents
• You design and maintain internal communication in the intranet
• They assist in coordinating measures to strengthen customer loyalty and attract new customers

This will bring you:

• They have completed vocational training for social security specialists (m/w/d) or an economic study. Professional experience would be desirable, but you would also like to apply for a comparable training background.
• They have good knowledge of social security law, especially in the field of nursing insurance.
• Your strengths include knowledge of different methods of personnel deployment planning and the organisational structure of a statutory health insurance company
• Knowledge of the health insurance specific software products is advantageous.
• They are characterized by an independent, structured and result-oriented manner of operation. You will also be happy to work analytically and conceptually and enjoy organizational issues.
