You have a degree in the (social) pedagogy (e.g. diploma or master degree) or a comparable qualification. You have experience in the conception of training and (large-group) events and ideally also as a lecturer: in the field of adult education. You ideally bring knowledge and experience from the practice of social work or childcare facilities. You enjoy the conceptual further development of structures for multi-professional and conversion-oriented cooperation and are sovereign in the performance. It distinguishes an address-appropriate communicative competence in dealing with different professional groups and levels of responsibility. You have experience and knowledge in the field of project management, process management and organisational development and the willingness to develop personal and professional skills.
