Quality Manager in Contract Management with a Focus on Claim Management (Construction/VOB) (m/f/d)

You ensure the coordination of uniform follow-up processing and change management. You support quality management in drawing up tender documents. You are responsible for the post-subscription processing, after-subscription examination and after-subscription negotiation. You develop follow-up prevention strategies to support the project team.

You have successfully completed your studies in the field of civil engineering or have a similar qualification. You have several years of professional experience and well-founded expertise in the above-mentioned field of work, in particular in the implementation of infrastructure projects on the leading side. You have deepened experience in contract and risk management and are safe in negotiations. You have pronounced analytical skills, a very good result orientation and decision-making capability. You are safe in the application of the technical rule and have computerized user knowledge (MS-Office) as well as knowledge of the iTWO program. You bring knowledge of building contract law as well as practical experience in offering design and calculation. You have a strong communication capability, good social competence and team skills.
