Yours? Come to the team! You support the responsible branch management in the cross-site professional and disciplinary responsibility for the occupational health center in Hamburg. As part of your training, you will be flexibly employed at different locations in the Nord-West region (Nordrhein-Westfalen, Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg, Niedersachsen) with the focus on Wolfsburg and Hanover. You will be involved in the management of a branch office and take over responsibilities for different professional groups such as occupational health staff, occupational safety and health managers. You will be trained and involved with continuing and continuing training as well as practical tasks for the future economic responsibility of sites, for the optimal management of resources and customer management of the region and will be a member of the leadership team of the region from the start of the trainee. In addition, you take specific projects as a trainee, such as digitalization or process optimisation, and collect so-called shaping experiences in key areas. During the trainee program you will get deep insights into the various commercial service departments such as sales and disposition and get to know our professions in the field of health management, occupational safety and occupational medicine.
