Construction Project Manager - Client Representation / VOB & HOAI (m/f/d)

In 1974 it was converted into a GmbH, whose main shareholder is the Free State of Bavaria. Since the foundation we have been building, managing and managing rental apartments, creating housing for families and operating property stocking for the new construction of condominium and rent apartment measures. You are responsible for the independent control and handling of medium to large construction projects, from planning coordination to HOAI to turnkey transfer. You actively monitor the progress of construction and ensure compliance with quality, dates and costs, including the audit according to VOB. As a central interface for all project participants and specialist engineers, you conduct cross-company cooperation and communication. You ensure consistent compliance with all relevant occupational safety and environmental regulations at the construction site.

You have completed a degree in architecture or civil engineering and ideally bring at least four years of professional experience in the planning and execution of construction projects. In the relevant regulations such as VOB and HOAI, you are saddle-proof and have experience in the contractor representation. Their work is characterised by high self-responsibility, solution orientation and a safe occurrence vis-à-vis all project participants. You communicate in English in word and writing (C2 level).
