Project Manager for (IT) Processes - Employee Housing (m/f/d)

As a project manager, you play a central role in the further development and automation of our business processes – with a special focus on innovative residential concepts for our new B2B business segment. You expect a function with a lot of design playroom:

Process design & optimization: In your new role, you conduct projects independently and accompany the technical development of our products in the area of employee lives: You design, optimise, and document processes using BPMN and start implementing specialist concepts Cooperation & vote: You agree with our regional units, customer service and IT to develop and adapt existing processes Automation: You develop the accounting process together with receivable management, controlling and accounting and drive the automation of our processes forward

You have a completed training in real estate or a completed study in Real Estate, Economy, Project Management, Business Informatics or a related area You are already active in the real estate industry and are looking for new projects and ideas in the field of project and process management You already have first experience in dealing with project management tools and methods, as well as the organisation of cross-departmental projects You are characterized by a pronounced analytical and conceptual ability to think, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to present complex facts in a comprehensible way
