SAP Solution Architect (m/w/d)

The Stadtwerke München (SWM) as one of the largest municipal utility and service companies in Germany offer a wide range of services and services for the city and the region of Munich, from energy supply to transport services to baths and leisure facilities. We are looking for an experienced and committed SAP Solution Architect*in (m/w/d). You play a decisive role in a multifunctional, agile team and take the technological responsibility for design, implementation and operation of SAP processes as well as their interfaces to resystems. The team essentially works according to SCRUM and acts self-organized. You bring an end-to-end product perspective, advise and develop solutions proactively with the team members (including professional product owners, request managers, test coordinators, developers and scrummasters) With your expertise and a fresh look, you are proactive in improving our process architecture, code quality, best practices and tool chains You work with IT and specialist colleagues in a cross-functional Scrum team and ensure a successful development process With empathy and expertise, you decide on a stand-alone development - at the same time you support and actively support the developers in your team You take an active, central role in PI Plannings to define customer-oriented concepts and suitable technical implementation solutions You independently tune interfaces to other teams and systems and have cross-border process chains in mind Together with our lead architects, you shape the structure of our system landscape and software architectures and are responsible for data security as well as the robustness of the processes in your team.

Successfully completed studies in IT and many years of experience in software development and software design or a comparable training with corresponding experience. For several years, you have been developing complex software systems and infrastructures and have fun exploring, testing and bringing new technologies into effect. Your strength is structured in complex problems as well as approaching customer-oriented as well as a pronounced analysis. Also process modeling (e.g. BPMN) is not strange to you. You are used to care for a product from design to end-of-life and to bear responsibility for it. New methods and technologies (e.g. AI and Machine Learning, SAP-Activate, Cloud Integration Scenarios, etc.) are of interest to you and enjoy POCs and integration. You are happy to act as a designer in the team and do not hesitate to cooperate with several different stakeholders. You are interested in current IT trends and actively watch the market and the SAP development scene
