Track Builder / Track Construction Master / Civil Engineering Specialist (m/f/d)

Railway infrastructure: management and organisation of railway construction sites in the field of track construction including personnel and equipment deployment planning Coordination: coordination with the building management, the contracting parties and the after-sales to ensure a smooth construction process Team leadership: Responsibility for the management of your column, coordination of employees of external partners and promotion of motivating cooperation Quality assurance: Control of the work carried out according to technical, economic and safety-relevant requirements (DB guidelines, VOB, DIN) Documentation: Creation of building day reports, documentation of the progress of construction and ensuring compliance with deadlines Performance package: Over-tariff triggering, attractive remuneration, 30 days vacation, a personal SPITZKE company vehicle with private use as well as individual training and development opportunities through our own SPITZKE AKADEMIE

Qualification: Complete training in the field of track construction / road mechanics / civil engineering with further training to the master / technician (m/w/d) Experience: Multiannual professional practice in track construction, ideally in senior position Knowledge: Safe handling of technical regulations (DB guidelines, VOB, DIN standards) Personality: Structured and Solution-Oriented Work, Team Spirit, Enforcement and Responsibility Flexibility: ready to work for weekends, assembly and shifts on up to 10 days per piece with corresponding free time compensation Mobility: Class B licence required and nationwide readiness to travel (service cars for private use)
