Ensuring the smooth operation of internal IT telecommunications systems. Installation, configuration and administration of our cloud environment as well as server and client systems. Continuous development of the environment as part of internal IT projects. Independent analysis and troubleshooting. Support of specialist departments in IT issues. Planning and commissioning of the IT infrastructure of new SOLCOM branches. Second & third-level support and monitoring of networks and systems. Development and implementation of IT guidelines (ISO27001). Control and monitoring of external service providers. Planning and support of the wired and WiFi network structure. Support and further development of our VMware virtualization. Cooperation and support of our developer team.

At least five years of professional experience in IT administration and experience in cloud environments. Sovereignty in the administration of Microsoft 365 and Azure Technologies, Microsoft Server and Client operating systems, virtualization (VMware), terminal server technology (Citrix). Knowledge gained in managing telephone systems, backup tools and network technologies. High problem-solving competence, customer orientation and responsibility. High level of service orientation, reliability and structured operation. Knowledge of MPLS is advantageous. Intrinsic motivation, flexibility and team player skills. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing. Good English skills desirable.
