For the winter semester 2026/27 we are looking for a DHBW student (m/w/d) in the Department of Social Work - Social Management for the Trinity Court in Ulm. During your studies, you are in a training relationship with the Evangelical Home Foundation in cooperation with the DHBW Heidenheim, with technical training phases changing at the DHBW and practical training in the three-month cycle.

You support the needs analysis of social facilities and help to develop offers in a targeted manner. You participate in the organization and management of social services and learn to make processes efficient. You perform tasks in the field of quality management, for example in the documentation and evaluation of offers. You help with budget planning and resource management and gain insight into business processes of social institutions. You work in teams with professionals and learn to communicate and cooperate in an interdisciplinary manner. You participate in conversations with customers, relatives or cooperation partners and learn to advise and communicate professionally. You participate in the further development of social concepts and strategies to make institutions sustainable.
