You clarify the assessment, object, purpose and decision state for customer requests. You will explain appropriate evaluation services, their scope and benefits in a comprehensible way. You're discussing offers and prices, explaining objections, and submitting appropriate requests for commissioning. You tune technical features with our reviewers and transfer orders completely. You document conversations, promises and rehearsals in the CRM and consistently maintain open sales opportunities.

You bring experience in consulting sales and can specifically explain your own results. You recognize customer needs, explain objections and talk about binding decisions. You are happy to work in services that are in need of explanations and are sure to deal with offers and prices. You can reliably organize your sales opportunities and document them in the CRM. You communicate clearly and legally in German – by phone and in writing. Industry experience is helpful. You are also welcome with successful sales experience from another industry.

Development with personal feedback: External trainers come to us twice a month. The offer includes one-to-one coaching for your individual development fields. Professional integration: You deepen your knowledge of real estate assessment and train counseling, immigration treatment and completion. Own responsibility: You accompany your sales opportunities from the first conversation to the assignment and implement your learning progress directly. Transparent remuneration: €42,000 gross annual fixed plus variable remuneration. For 100% target achievement, the annual target compensation is €110,000 gross – of which €68,000 variable.
