Recording requirements of our business partners as well as their specialization and documentation with the aim of implementing or optimizing smooth message lines Implementation of all necessary, organisational and technical measures to implement, maintain or disable message lines, in close cooperation with business partners and external service providers Control of solution-finding processes between IT, departments and business partners Definition, planning and coordination of work packages and participation in agile events such as Dailies, Plannings and Refinements as well as support of the Product Owner within the BPI product team 2nd and 3rd level support for questions or problems within the business or for special requirements such as annual change work

Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics, (economic) engineering or business management or comparable training Relevant professional experience as a technical consultant (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) in the IT/commerce or logistics industry with the focus on business partner integration in conjunction with SAP system landscapes Funded knowledge of the digitization of trade business processes by EDI news links or other exchange technologies and formats such as EDI Standards or API Experience in agile product teams including experience with agile working methods (SCRUM / Kanban) are desirable Embossed analysis and abstraction capability, thinking in systems and processes, high planning and problem-solving competence as well as high communication capability
