You are responsible for national, international and cross-border labour law issues (e.g. the creation of pattern work contracts, managing contracts, etc.). You work closely with national and international personnel officers. You tax external law firms and service providers in Germany and abroad on labour, social insurance and tax matters. You advise and train our international executives in all labour law topics. You will start work-related action options and briefings for the management and head of business units in a matrix organization. You are involved in defining minimum standards within the framework of the global process ''Attract2Retire''. Together with the group-wide specialist departments, you develop international corporate guidelines. You provide risk assessments on labour law issues with M&A projects and accompany global transformation projects.

You have a degree in economic law with a focus on work law or a comparable discipline – alternatively you bring a relevant, long-term professional experience. You have deepened legal knowledge in German labour law and good basic knowledge of tax and social insurance relations. You understand yourself as a service provider and trade practice-oriented. You communicate clearly and advise legal matters in English and German. You like to work internationally and are sure to navigate between different cultures. First professional experience in international labour law is of advantage. You're ready to travel occasionally.
