At 01.05.2027, the nursing director at the University Hospital Jena is looking for a nursing specialist (m/w/d) for the outpatient area of endoscopy with a focus on nutrition management:

Your role:

• Interprofessional cooperation with care, medicine and other professional groups involved, as well as needs-oriented presentation of patients for further medical diagnostics and therapy
• Consultation and nutrition-therapeutic support of patients before and after PEG plant including patient talks, probe controls, nutrition recommendations and expert assistance in the PEG plant
• calculation, planning and adaptation of parenteral nutrition programmes taking into account the individual nutritional and disease conditions
• Detection and processing of incompatibility and nutritional problems
• Organization and coordination of outpatient continuation of enteral and parenteral dietary therapy and consultation and consultation of outpatient patients with artificial nutrition
• Planning, implementation and evaluation of nutritional measures based on current scientific knowledge and quality standards
• Active participation and further development of nutrition management at the University Hospital Jena

Your profile:

• They have completed vocational training as

• Ideally, you have practical experience in enteral and/or parenteral nutrition therapy as well as in dealing with PEG probes
