Number: MER0003O5Z Sales Operations Mercedes-Benz Cars (MS/SO) ensures the optimal supply of Mercedes-Benz cars worldwide. On the one hand, we produce forecasts of the sales and production program for the precontrol of our works and suppliers and on the other hand we control the order processing and planning as well as the customer-oriented coordination of the vehicle delivery. Within our MS/SOD department, we plan and control the market supply so that every vehicle is available in the desired configuration at the right time in the right place. We thereby contribute decisively to avoiding bottlenecks and delivery difficulties. Our team controls the transports of approx. 2.0 million. Cars across the globe. This complex control is possible on the one hand by our distribution system (DISY), to which more than 100 shipping companies, shipping companies and ports are connected worldwide. On the other hand, we are driving forward the topic of digitization, in which we automate manual processes and reports by e.g. RPA (Robotics Process Automation) and BI Tools and thus generate efficiency in the entire field. Your tasks in detail: Your task environment generally includes support for the worldwide distribution of new car vehicles in the central distribution of Mercedes-Benz Cars In particular, this includes the processing of market and service provider requests as well as working with our internal distribution system DISY and various Excel applications such as Power BI and Power Query In doing so, you independently bring about solutions, take over and coordinate project tasks around distribution and digitalization This also includes creating, developing and automating reports for management as well as global internal customers You are involved in day-to-day operations and participate in current, very different and interesting topics Through this wide range of tasks, you will learn internal processes, projects and strategies of vehicle logistics and work with future-oriented digitalization topics at Mercedes Benz AG The mandatory practice can begin from September 2025.
