Team Leader SHK Heating/ Sanitary (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, HAPEKO, the personnel consultancy for specialists and executives, is looking for an HLS company manager.

Our client is a future-proof technical service provider in the environment of the housing industry and is responsible at the site for the planning, control and implementation of services in heating and sanitary technology. The company maintains existing properties and ensures reliable service and maintenance performance. The focus is on compliance with technical standards and legal requirements, clean documentation and economic targets. You work closely with customers, internal interfaces, their own specialist staff and subcontractors.

Technical management and technical and disciplinary leadership of the team in the area of heating and sanitation including deployment planning, guidance and further development Creation and tracking of offers and performance of quality controls to ensure defined performance standards Implementation of site visits as needed and operational support at the construction site to solve acute challenges and to secure appointments Development of technical solutions and implementation in compliance with relevant regulations, standards and technical and legal regulations Control of subcontractors and their own personnel including cost analysis, process optimization and implementation of new product standards, and support of special projects such as maintenance and emergency services

Complete professional training with further training for the installer and heating engineer or technician in the SHK environment Multiannual professional experience in SHK, ideally with experience as a service provider in the housing industry Knowledge of relevant regulations, regulations and standards as well as strong quality and safety awareness Experience in employee management combined with service, customer and result-oriented working methods as well as safe oral and written communication Self-responsible, cross-disciplinary thinking, very good computer skills and driving licence Class B
