Mechatronics technician / industrial mechanic for assembly and EOL test field (m/f/d)

Assembly of assemblies: You mount independently pneumatic valves and complex assemblies according to technical drawings, lists and assembly instructions. End-of-Line (EOL) You carry out the final, software-assisted functional, pressure and tightness tests on the finished systems. Complex error analysis: If deviations occur in the EOL test, you diagnose the cause of error in the interaction of mechanics, pneumatics and sensor technology. Rework & Optimization: You fix the detected errors directly on site (e.g. by exchanging seals, adjusting components or exchange of valve inserts) and carry out the aftertest. Quality documentation: You log the test results and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our assembly processes.

Training: Complete training as mechatronics, industrial mechanic, precision mechanics or a comparable technical qualification. Pneumatic know-how: Funded understanding of fluid systems and the ability to read pneumatic circuit diagrams securely. Double talent: You possess both the craftsmanship for fine assembly and the analytical thinking for systematic troubleshooting (“exclusion principle”). Quality awareness: You have the right that no system leaves your workplace that does not correspond to 100 % of the specifications. Good German knowledge English knowledge desirable
