to take over and further develop the technical and disciplinary leadership of the construction officers (m/w/d) in close coordination with our MRP to control a team and ensure that process, appointment and budget specifications are adhered to ensure the achievement of the objective by efficient implementation of maintenance, renewal and extension measures and at the same time to shape the requirements for sustainable plant and network operation actively shape our growth path and further develop the processes together with the company's internal interfaces and external partners

Projektleiter (m/w/d) mit ein Ausbildung zum Meister, Techniker und Ingenieur in der Bereich der Elektrotechnik or a comparable subject area and have experience in the support of construction sites in cable and/or free-line construction with passion when it comes to successfully managing construction sites and projects, and gained a wide range of insights – knowledge in the field of road construction is desirable. Ideally, you are also familiar with the reporting in SAP an organizational institution that has both disciplinary responsibility and professional leadership at eye level for approx. 15 employees (m/w/d) and show a high level of self-initiative and enforcement in the German language in Word and Writing (min. B2-Level)
