You're planning accident reports and calculations with DAT You judge professional body and accident damage You are actively working on body repairs and accident repairs You support employees in demanding repair work You ensure the quality of the work done You plan, first and tax accident repair orders You coordinate the workflows within the body department You monitor appointments and make sure the timely completion You control and monitor external painting You act as an interface between workshop, service acquisition and customer: inside You work closely with external experts You agree with insurance for liability and cash damage You work with lawyers:inside with complex liability damage You advise customers:industrial in accident damage You support management in technical decisions You deal with accident damage with insurance and reckon this You're reviewing reports and repair releases You control repair orders economically and control material use and foreign services

You have several years of professional experience in accident repair and master modern body techniques. You are versed in the damage calculation, ideally with systems such as DAT, and have experience in dealing with insurance companies as well as reviewers. As a strong communication management personality, you bring team spirit, an independent way of working and a secure, customer-oriented appearance. Ideally, you already know yourself with the Mercedes-Benz systems, which is not a prerequisite. You will certainly communicate in German in word and writing.
