IT Process Manager (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the ongoing development of the target definition of the process organization and IT system landscape of the Telecommunication business segment. You take over the introduction and control of IT systems and associated processes (e.g. order management, customer service, network operation) and also develop strategic targets for this. The assignment and control of internal/ external service providers and partners is with you. You work with investment decisions, budget and medium-term planning and evaluations for project controlling. Regular reporting on results, processes, deviations and peculiarities complete your task.

This place is initially limited for 4 years.

You have a degree/master degree in a relevant technical field, economic engineering or comparable. You have several years of experience in the acceptance, analysis and holistic control of process requirements, ideally in the telecommunications environment. You could successfully test your project management skills in practice. You'll be safe with data technology and PC standard software like M365. A high sense of responsibility, strong customer and target orientation, high decision quality as well as entrepreneurial thinking/action are yours.
