You advise the departments on all patent matters. You manage the patent portfolio and conduct patent research. You will examine new technical developments for their protection and dignity. You defend your own rights and take care of the supervision of foreign rights. You evaluate and process invention messages and calculate the invention remuneration. You provide information on the rights of protection and are involved in the award of licences to your own rights of protection or in the acquisition of licences of foreign rights. You work closely with the management, departments and external patent attorneys.

You have completed natural science studies or a comparable qualification, ideally complemented by training in the field of intellectual property rights, e.g. the IP manager (m/w/d). You have experience in patenting, in particular in patent research, at best knowledge of the battery environment and a very good technical background. But even if you start as a professional (m/w/d), we are looking forward to your application. You bring very good MS Office knowledge as well as know-how in terms of patent research and patent management software. You speak very good English in word and writing. You work independently and structured, are well organized, responsive to contact and enjoy working in an agile environment.
