Uniper Wärme GmbH at the Gelsenkirchen site is looking for you!

You take over the technical and organizational management of the customer management section in the distribution of Uniper Wärme GmbH Together with your team, you will ensure that the billing of our customers runs smoothly and prepare relevant parts of the annual financial statements to HGB The further development and transformation of the customer management section in the course of our digitalization and optimization processes is actively driven by you You control and support your team in operational and strategic tasks and implement new regulatory requirements You report directly to the Head of Sales and support them interdisciplinary topics, projects and strategic issues You work closely with other departments and management to continuously improve the customer journey for our customers and to adapt it to the requirements of the future

You have completed an economic study or have a comparable qualification You have already gained first leadership experience and know what to do with a team Customer orientation is not a flea for you - you are happy to address concerns in a solution-oriented manner You have a good understanding of business relationships and processes Your work is characterized by a high degree of initiative, structure and reliability You see changes as a chance and are motivated to actively shape them Negotiating English skills are required, SAP knowledge is desirable
