Consultant Church and Pastoral Development (m/f/d)

Designing church development strategically: You deal with fundamental church-developing and pastoral theological issues with the focus of strategic commitment promotion. Pastoral spaces advise professionally: You advise pastoral spaces, parishes and other actors in matters of strategic commitment promotion. Supporting competence teams actively: You take over the leadership and cooperation in the so-called competence team engagement strategy. Develop work aids in a practical way: You develop work aids and materials for different fields of application. Bistum überdiözesan represented: You represent the Diocese of Münster in over-diocesan networks and bodies, for example in the Citizens' Engagement NRW network and in the Federal Conference of Engagement Development. To make cooperation in the unit: You work within the Department of Church Development and cooperate. You work with other departments of the Bishöflichen Generalvikariate in a trustful and targeted manner. Changes of tasks are reserved.

You have completed university studies in social and educational sciences, theology or comparable qualifications. You bring an additional qualification in systemic organizational consulting and organisational development. You bring openness and interest to ecclesiastical processes of change and accompany them constructively. You bring experiences in the pastoral or out-patient pastoral, Catholic youth or adult education into your activity. You have very good knowledge of the structures of the Diocese of Münster, in particular of the pastoral spaces. You show a high level of sense of responsibility, self-initiative and team capacity. You bring a very good communication and coordination skills into your activity. You apply all common Microsoft-365 applications, in particular PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Forms, Planner, SharePoint and Copilot, routined and practice-oriented. You are strongly oriented towards the service and service assignment of the department. You show willingness to participate in new topics.
