You take up requirements that derive from the strategic roadmap and prioritize them with regard to the project objectives. You structure and distribute the requirements in the sense of strategic release planning on the individual releases and coordinate their implementation. You pass the priority requirements to the requirement management for inventory and damage and ensure traceability. You act as a central interface between departments, target image management, business analysis, IT and the software provider. You ensure that the requirements match the standards of the new software solution and are documented correctly by method.

Multiannual experience in request management, ideally in large transformation or IT introduction projects. Ability to derive, prioritize and convert requirements from strategic target images and roadmaps into release planning. Designed interface competency for coordination between departments, business analysis, IT and external software providers. Safe handling of requirements engineering methods and tools (e.g. epics, features, user stories) as well as knowledge of agile approach models. Understanding the standards of the software solution used and their consideration in the requirement definition and documentation.
