Development engineer in the field of high-frequency technology (m/f/d)

• Design and development of microwave components and systems for mmWave measurement technology and weather remote sensing in various environments, from ground-bound applications to space missions

• Conception and optimization of circuit design using simulation tools such as AWR, MWO, CST and HFSS

• verification and validation of the modules by commissioning, testing and measurement verification to ensure compliance with the specifications

• Individually responsible implementation of customer-specific projects in the field of measurement technology

• Their tasks range from concept design to technology selection, circuit design, MMIC characterization and integration to documentation, testing concept and manufacturing qualification

• You work closely with RPG and R&S manufacturing and technology development and are contact persons for microwave switching technology, including related physical-technological issues

• Complete study of electrical engineering with a focus on high-frequency technology or qualified professional experience and application know-how in the field of high-frequency measuring technology

• Secure handling of CAE tools such as Microwave Office/Studio, CST, HFSS or ADS

• Very good knowledge of analog HF circuit technology

• Programming skills (e.g. Microsoft Visual Studio, LabView) desired

• Self-responsible and targeted working style combined with organizational talent

• Team skills, creativity and communication strength

• Very good English skills in word and writing
