Master of Protection & Security as Group Leader Alternating Shift (m/f/d)

Shifting: Takeover of the line of an alternating layer in the 4er alternating layer system as well as ensuring a safe and smooth running in service operation. Planning operations: Responsibility for personnel and deployment planning to reliably cover all security tasks. Employees lead: implementation of personnel, assessment and development talks and support of the team in professional and personal development. Co-operation in the emergency organisation of the Industriepark Höchst, support of the location centre and take over the management of the employees of the company security in case of deployment. Support: Supporting the management of corporate security in organisational, technical and operational topics, using sound expertise.

IHK-certified master of protection and safety or comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in security services and ideally at least three years of leadership experience. Funded knowledge of danger prevention, work protection, deployment planning, safety organisation or emergency management. Safe handling of MS Office, driving license class B as well as safe appearance and well maintained appearance. High social competence, sense of responsibility, organizational capacity, analytical thinking and cost awareness.
