The real estate management department is responsible for the operation and management of numerous police properties from the Ruhr region to the Dutch border. You support the department in the following areas: You support the building management team in the real estate management department Internals with administrative and organizational tasks You help to ensure operator responsibility through software-assisted testing and maintenance plans You support service provider management and quality assurance, performance and accounting You work in data management in SAP and CAFM as well as the preparation of statistics and evaluations In addition, your task is to request reports and invoices from contractors of the BLB NRW

You are full-time for the course Facility Management, Electrical Engineering, Supply Technology, Building and Energy Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable technical subject (from the 3rd semester). You bring an affinity for the management of real estate and corresponding key figures with The common Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) will surely dominate you You work independently, carefully and team-oriented You bring safe German knowledge, which corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing)

Depending on the personal requirements, a fee is possible from the E4 payment group to the E5 TV‐L with all agreed social services.
