You are responsible for voting with the other DACHSER delivery houses. You agree daily with our operational departments in Langenhagen, with which you work closely. You carry out proactive customer communication. You process shipment differences within the DACHSER network and look for solutions for our customers. You are generally responsible for complaint processing.

You have completed vocational training, preferably as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services. You master the English language in word and writing. (B1 level) You provide a safe handling of the Microsoft Office applications. You have a customer-oriented, structured and solution-oriented way of working.
