Your future team: The Institute for Industrial Safety (IFA) supports the statutory accident insurance bodies in the field of scientific and technical questions on safety and health at work. The tasks are diverse: research, development, investigation and testing of products and samples of substances are also part of these, such as operational measurements, advice, participation in standardization and regulation, as well as providing specialist information and expert knowledge.

As the head of the staff office, you are responsible for the personnel use and the work organisation, as well as the compliance with the organ decisions and the management's decisions. You develop the process detection and cost/leist calculation to ensure a reliable processing of research, investigation, testing and certification processes at the institute. Your further tasks include: Implementation and monitoring of the tax regulations of the department and calculation of an hourly rate Management of quality management, e.g. in the areas of testing/certification and the measuring system Risk assessment of accident insurance providers (MGU) Administrative support of the Institute Management and the Departments in all commercial topics as well as the statistical analysis and control of business processes and business processes Commercial settlement of third-party funding projects, in particular support in the cost determination and support of the Institute Management during the monitoring of the budget and participation in DGUV bodies

Master or Diploma in Business Administration or Economic Engineering or equivalent knowledge and experience knowledge of cost and performance accounting as well as interest in technical and scientific issues required Found experience in SAP as well as expertise in databases, statistics, testing and certification Good German language skills (at least level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) Self-responsible, reliable and structured working as well as strong team skills
