Participation in the creation of specification budgets at higher system levels and interfaces

an agile developer team with currently 8 members professionally manage their backlog for the design and development of mask positioning systems

supported by function architects and Scrum Master take responsibility for your functional team and their delivery items

Solution and evaluation both from technical and economic aspects

agile control of internal and external development partners with the help of clearly defined KPI

Responsibility of the performance roadmap for the positioning system to meet future product requirements

Management of suitable reporting on the project status of the function and corresponding documentation of development results

a successfully completed study in the scientific and technical field with a focus on optics/regulation technology/system technology (promotion of advantage)

very good knowledge of positioning systems, precision measurement technology, in particular interferometry and control technology with nanometer accuracy

good knowledge and first professional experience in implementing challenging development tasks and in project management

Experiences in automated data analysis and Matlab or Python knowledge

a high degree of autonomy, an innovative and structured way of working, and the ability to prepare and present complex facts clearly and structuredly

Team skills and fun working in a global team

very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
